Braces are an important investment and we want to make your decision to receive orthodontic care affordable. Our office offers complimentary consultations that include an examination, X-rays and a discussion of recommended treatment.

For your convenience, we offer a variety of flexible payment plans with low monthly payments. Payments are due each month, regardless of when appointments are scheduled. Check with our office staff if you have any questions or would like to obtain more specific information.

Online Payments

Our office offers a secure, online account management service where our patients have round the clock access to their upcoming appointments, current financial information and so forth. This is a safe and convenient location to make payments.

Automatic Bank Draft

Set up your monthly payment to be automatically drawn on an agreed upon date each month from your checking or savings account. Please provide us with a voided check or deposit slip at your first appointment.

Automatic Credit Card Debit

Monthly payments will automatically be charged to your credit card. We accept most major credit cards. Please provide us with your card information at your first appointment.

Cash Discount Option

Contracts paid in full within 90 days of initial banding will receive a 5% discount.

INSURANCE

We are providers for Guardian, Delta Dental, Aetna, and Cigna programs, as well as many others. Please provide us with your insurance information at your first appointment. Have your insurance card available so we may assist you better. We will gladly file your insurance, but it may be helpful if you were familiar with your orthodontic benefits prior to your first visit.
